A single online figure cannot describe every construction-management role in Doha. Compare the actual responsibilities and written package, and check whether a salary source covers Qatar before using it as a benchmark.
What salary figure can you rely on?

- Are housing, transport, medical cover and travel provided, reimbursed or included in cash?
- Are bonuses or project payments discretionary, conditional or guaranteed in writing?
- What site, working pattern, rotation and reporting line apply?
- Are job title, salary, hours and benefits consistent between offer and contract?

Describe the project type and stage, your actual responsibility, interfaces with contractors or consultants, schedule and quality controls, and a result you can substantiate.
