International Admissions Document Support — Ethical Editing & Coaching
Statements of purpose, personal statements, motivation letters, academic CVs and research proposals — reviewed, structured and coached so your application is genuinely yours, and genuinely strong.
Universities and scholarship bodies now screen application essays for ghostwriting and AI-generated text, and a bought essay can void an offer after admission. Labeeb works the other way: you write, we coach and edit. Structured interviews draw out your real story, tracked-changes editing keeps every decision in your hands, and per-university adaptation keeps each submission specific. Applying from the UAE or anywhere in the GCC to the UK, US, Canada, Australia or Europe — undergraduate, Master’s, MBA or PhD — you remain the author of every word you submit.
- You stay the author — coaching and editing, never ghostwriting
- UCAS, Common App, graduate & scholarship formats
- Bilingual English/Arabic intake
- Confidential · NDA available
Not sure where to start?
Send your target universities, programme level, deadlines and any draft you have. We confirm the ethical scope and exact price privately before you commit; a strategy consultation (AED 300) can be arranged in the same conversation.
Response within business hours, Dubai time. Arabic welcome — أهلاً بكم.
Every level, every major destination, every legitimate document
Undergraduate
UCAS personal statements (the 2026 three-question format), US Common App essays and supplementals, and foundation or pathway applications — coached with your school record and real activities.
Master’s & MBA
Statements of purpose and motivation letters for taught Master’s, plus MBA essays for R1/R2 rounds — built from a structured interview on your actual career evidence.
PhD & Research
Research proposals, academic CVs and statements of purpose for doctoral applications — discipline-aware coaching on scope, contribution and supervisor fit.
Scholarships
Feedback-only review for scholarship essays (Chevening, Fulbright, Erasmus Mundus and Gulf programmes) — structured comments on your draft, because those programmes require entirely your own writing.
Destinations we support daily: the UK, United States, Canada, Australia and Europe, plus GCC universities. Documents: statement of purpose, personal statement, motivation letter, academic CV, research proposal, and per-university adaptations of each. We do not prepare visa or immigration documents of any kind.
Ethical scope — what we support and what we never do
What we support
- Structured interviews that surface your genuine story and evidence
- Coached drafting plans, structure and argument for documents you write
- Tracked-changes language editing you accept or reject line by line
- Per-university adaptation of your own base documents
- Academic CV structuring from your real record
- Research proposal review — scope, contribution, feasibility, referencing
What we never do
- Write your statement, essay or proposal for you
- Fabricate achievements, experience or references
- Ghostwrite letters of recommendation
- Guarantee admission, scholarships or visas
- Prepare visa applications or advise on immigration strategy
- Submit applications or impersonate you on any platform
You remain the author of every document you submit, and responsible for your target institution’s rules. Where a programme (such as Fulbright or Chevening) requires entirely self-written essays, we limit our support to written feedback on your draft — and we tell you so before you pay.

How it works — from enquiry to your own submission
1. You enquire
Send your target programmes, level, deadlines, CV or school record, and any existing draft on WhatsApp or through Labeeb AI.
2. We scope honestly
We confirm what is ethically supportable for your targets — including where a scholarship allows feedback only — and fix the price.
3. Structured interview
A bilingual EN/AR interview draws out your genuine motivation, evidence and story — the raw material only you have.
4. You draft, we coach
You write against an agreed outline. We coach structure, argument and evidence with written feedback at each pass.
5. Tracked-changes editing
Language and flow are edited in tracked changes you accept or reject — your voice stays dominant and every change is yours to approve.
6. You submit
You submit your own application through your own accounts, as the author — ready for any similarity or authorship check.
