Emirates Group Careers in Dubai: Find the Right Role and Prepare Your CV

Emirates Group and dnata recruit for many kinds of work beyond cabin crew. Use the official vacancy filters, check the requirements of a specific role and make your application evidence match that role.

Start here

Find a current Emirates Group vacancy

The official Emirates Group Search & Apply page filters vacancies by category, country and brand. Its categories include Airline & Airport Operations, Customer Services, Commercial, Corporate, Information Technology, Engineering, Pilots, Cabin Crew and UAE Nationals. Brands include Emirates, dnata, Emirates Engineering and Emirates SkyCargo. Open the current listing to confirm location, qualifications, duties and closing date; these can change.

Do not treat a past hiring announcement as evidence of a vacancy today. The number of open positions and applications fluctuates, and a role-specific page is more useful than a sitewide claim about a recruitment “drive”. If you want cabin crew, use the dedicated Emirates cabin-crew CV guide; this article focuses on the wider group.

Role match

Turn the vacancy into an application brief

  1. Identify the function: an airport-operations role, software role and engineering role require different evidence. The official operations page lists areas such as ground handling, cargo, security and flight operations.
  2. Separate essentials from preferences: note mandatory licence, qualification, experience and language requirements before deciding to apply.
  3. Collect proof: write down two or three achievements that demonstrate the actual duties. Use dates, systems and measurable scope you can support.
  4. Check location and eligibility: country, work arrangement and any UAE-national programme condition belong to the specific listing.
  5. Prepare the online form: keep employer names, dates, qualifications and CV wording consistent. Follow the portal’s file and field instructions rather than assuming a particular software screen or algorithm.

Show evidence for the job family

Airport operations: specify the operation you worked in, the procedures and systems you used, shift environment and any safety-related responsibility. Avoid claiming an aviation credential you have not earned.

Engineering: distinguish licensed work, maintenance planning, reliability analysis and support duties. State aircraft, equipment or systems only where your employment record supports them.

Information technology: show the problem, your contribution, the systems or code involved and a result you can explain in an interview. A vague list of tools is weaker than a short, verifiable delivery example.

Customer service or commercial: describe the customer group, service channel, language use, process improvement or account responsibility relevant to the listing. Do not reuse the same summary for every brand and department.

Clear headings and selectable text help a human reader and many application systems. No public Emirates Group source establishes a universal keyword score, automatic rejection percentage or guaranteed shortlist format, so do not build your application around such claims.

Safety

Check the recruitment channel before sharing information

The Emirates Group recruitment-fraud notice says the group does not request payment from applicants or ask them to share their careers-account credentials. Treat offers through unsolicited WhatsApp, personal email accounts or unusual links with caution. Start at the official careers site, confirm the vacancy there and use the employer’s stated channel.

Read the job description again before an interview. Prepare examples of work you personally did, the decision you made and what you learned. The assessment stages vary by role; the official vacancy and subsequent employer communications are the source for your process.
