Labeeb Writing & Designs FZE LLC (Ajman Free Zone, UAE) provides career, academic, business and creative writing and design services on a consultancy basis.
Orders, scope & guarantees
03 Quotations, orders & service scope
We confirm scope, deliverables, timeline and price before work begins. Work proceeds against the agreed scope; changes may affect price and timeline.
04 No outcome guarantees
We deliver professional, high-quality work, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, grades, admissions, funding or tender wins.
05 Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and materials, respond within reasonable timeframes, and use deliverables lawfully and ethically.
Revisions, payment, refunds & delivery
06 Revisions policy
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds within the original scope. Additional or out-of-scope revisions may be quoted separately.
07 Payment terms
Pricing and settlement are in AED. Work typically begins after the agreed payment is confirmed.
08 Refund policy
Refunds are handled as set out in our Refund & Revision Policy, reflecting the consultancy and custom nature of our work.
09 Delivery timelines
Timelines are agreed per project and depend on scope and timely client input.
IP, confidentiality & academic integrity
10 Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverable passes to you. We may retain non-identifying process know-how and, unless you object, anonymised samples.
11 Confidentiality
Your documents and details are kept confidential and are never shared or reused without permission.
12 Academic integrity
We provide ethical editing and guidance on your own academic work. We do not produce submissions on your behalf or assist in bypassing originality checks.
Liability, law & updates
13 Third-party platforms & tools
We may use third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp and payment providers); their terms also apply.
14 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service concerned.
15 Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
16 Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
