Abu Dhabi Government Supplier Registration (ADGPG, 2026): Documents and Steps

How to register as a supplier on the Abu Dhabi Government Procurement Gate (ADGPG), the documents it asks you to upload, and what to prepare before you bid. Based on ADGPG’s own published guidelines.

Documents ADGPG asks for

ADGPG’s Online Supplier Registration Guideline lists:

  • a valid trade licence (commercial or industrial);
  • a tax registration certificate;
  • an official bank letter confirming your IBAN;
  • a company authorisation letter;
  • an ICV certificate, if applicable.

Registration steps

  1. Enter your commercial licence details: certificate number, certifying agency and expiry date.
  2. Add your country and address.
  3. Choose your categories based on your licence activities.
  4. Add bank details; the IBAN must match the attached bank letter.
  5. Answer the company profile, ICV and qualification questions.
  6. Add experience and certificates, such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
  7. Upload the documents and submit; you receive an email acknowledgement and your registration is reviewed.

Abu Dhabi DED licence holders self-register, with a separate guide. Other suppliers may need to be requested by the government entity they want to work with; check that entity’s supplier page. ADGPG’s guidelines do not state a registration fee.

After registration: what wins tenders

Registration lets you receive and respond to tenders. The response itself is judged on the technical and commercial proposal, your relevant experience, and supporting documents such as a company profile, ISO, HSE and quality documentation, and your ICV certificate. Where Labeeb helps, and where it does not

Labeeb is not affiliated with ADGPG or any Abu Dhabi government entity, does not register suppliers, and does not guarantee awards. Your company registers on the official portal.

Labeeb prepares the written documents: technical and financial tender responses, company profiles, capability statements and policy documentation, in English, Arabic or both.
