What does pitch deck design cost in Dubai?

Labeeb’s current presentation design packages show a published starting price of AED 1,500 for an Essential scope. The final scope and quotation depend on the actual brief. Compare what is included before treating any studio’s starting price as a fixed price for a complete investor deck. A content-ready deck that needs layout is a different job from a deck requiring discovery, narrative development, financial slides, custom charts and several stakeholder reviews.

No deck design can guarantee an investor meeting, funding or a tender award. The value of professional work lies in making the business case clear, evidence-led and usable by the people presenting it.

Six factors that change a quote

  1. State of the source material: are the slides already drafted, or must the story be built from founder interviews, a plan and scattered data?
  2. Audience and decision: an early investor introduction, board approval, sales pitch and procurement presentation need different proof and structure.
  3. Number and complexity of slides: count charts, diagrams, tables, process maps and appendices separately from simple text slides.
  4. Data quality: does the client provide verified numbers and approved assumptions, or must the team reconcile conflicting spreadsheets and label uncertainty?
  5. Language and brand: Arabic editorial review, right-to-left layout, illustrations, licensed images and a custom template add work beyond a simple translation or recolour.
  6. Delivery and review: confirm stakeholder approvals, revision rounds, editable PowerPoint, PDF, source files and the actual deadline.

A good quote makes these elements visible. “Twenty slides” alone is not enough to compare two proposals.

A sample brief that produces a useful estimate

Write one paragraph covering the audience, intended decision, stage of the business, existing content and deadline. Then attach the current slide file or outline, approved financial model, brand guide and any mandatory investor or tender instructions. Mark information that remains uncertain.

Example: “We need an editable twelve-slide deck for a first meeting with two potential distribution partners. The service proposition and market figures are drafted, but the process diagram and unit-economics chart need rebuilding. We need English PowerPoint and PDF, one management review round and final files by [date].” This is an illustrative brief, not a Labeeb client case or a promise that twelve slides are the right length for every pitch.

Ask which work happens before design

If the strategy, customer problem or commercial evidence is unclear, request a narrative review before the first slide layout. A designer cannot responsibly turn invented traction into proof. For a startup pitch, agree who owns the forecasts and checks the underlying assumptions. For a board deck, agree which figures are approved for circulation. For a tender deck, follow the buyer’s issued structure and evidence rules.

A template may be enough when the content is already strong, the brand system is available and the file is for internal use. More customized narrative and design work is useful when an external audience needs to understand a complex decision quickly. Choose the scope based on that need, not on the belief that a “premium” look by itself changes the commercial outcome.

Compare two proposals line by line

Question Why it matters
Who writes and verifies the content? Separates design-only work from narrative and fact-checking.
What is the agreed slide count and complexity? Prevents surprise fees for charts, diagrams or appendices.
How many review rounds are included? Defines how management comments are handled.
Are Arabic copy and RTL design included? Translation and bilingual layout require distinct checks.
Which files will we own and edit? Clarifies PowerPoint, PDF, template and source-file handover.
What happens if the brief changes? Sets a fair process for new data or scope after approval.

Ask to see a relevant sample and check whether the presentation’s argument, numbers and visual hierarchy are easy to follow. A beautiful cover is not enough evidence of good work across the deck.

What Labeeb can provide

Our presentation design service covers investor, board, tender and corporate decks with a scoped quotation and editable deliverables. Share the audience, the existing deck or brief, slide estimate, data complexity, language and deadline. We can identify whether the sensible starting point is a design repair, fuller story development or a new deck. If you already have a deck that looks inconsistent, use the presentation repair checklist to identify specific problems before asking for a quote.
