Tender and Prequalification Readiness Checker
Tick what your company already has. In two minutes you get a readiness score and a list of the documents most likely to stop your supplier registration, prequalification or tender bid. Free, nothing is stored.
A general checklist based on what UAE and GCC buyers commonly ask for. Each buyer and tender sets its own requirements; always follow the tender documents.
Why companies fail prequalification
- Official documents expired or not matching the activity on the trade licence.
- A company profile that does not answer the buyer’s questions: no comparable projects, capacity or certifications.
- Policies without procedures: an HSE or quality policy, but nothing showing how it is applied.
- A technical proposal that does not follow the tender’s structure or misses a mandatory form.
- Language: Arabic required and not provided.

Common questions
What documents are needed for prequalification in the UAE?
Typically the trade licence, tax registration, company profile, financial statements, certifications such as ISO, HSE and quality documentation, and references from similar projects. Each buyer publishes its own list.
What is the difference between supplier registration and prequalification?
Registration puts your company on the buyer’s system. Prequalification assesses whether you are capable of a category or size of work, often with questionnaires and audits.
