Feasibility Study Services in Dubai, the UAE & GCC

Bank-, investor- and licensing-ready feasibility studies for projects in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC: market research, a full financial model, break-even, ROI, NPV and IRR, and a clear risk assessment. Transparent starting prices, confirmed in writing before you pay.

What a feasibility study answers before you commit

Is there a market?

Market size, competitors, prevailing prices and customer behaviour in your target emirate or GCC market, with documented sources.

Do the numbers work?

Start-up and operating costs, revenue forecast, cash flow, break-even point, ROI, NPV and IRR in an editable financial model.

What could go wrong?

Operational, market and financial risks, with optimistic, base and conservative scenarios and realistic mitigation.

Who asks for a feasibility study in the GCC?

Funders and licensing bodies across the Gulf ask for a feasibility study or business plan before they consider an application, and each focuses on different things. We build the study around what that body reads; the decision is always theirs.

  • UAE: banks and the Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for SME Development, for financing applications that need a feasibility study and financial model. Khalifa Fund says it does not encourage outsourcing business plan development, so for Khalifa Fund applicants we review and strengthen the plan you prepare rather than write it for you.
  • Saudi Arabia: the Saudi Industrial Development Fund and the Kafalah programme (technical and financial viability and repayment capacity), and market-entry plans for investors entering Saudi Arabia (the MISA Investor Guide asks for a detailed business plan only for specific registrations, such as liaison offices).
  • Kuwait: the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority, and the National Fund for SME Development, which asks for a feasibility study on its own approved form.
  • Oman, Qatar and Bahrain: Qatar Development Bank, Tamkeen support programmes and bank financing in Bahrain, and bank financing in Oman. Development Bank Oman publishes a list of certified feasibility study offices; Labeeb is not on that list, so we do not prepare studies for Development Bank Oman applications.

GCC Funder Requirements Matrix

Pick a country and a funder to see what that funder publishes about four things: who can apply, which document it asks for, who may prepare that document, and whether it reviews your study itself. Each answer links to the funder’s own page. Where a funder discourages outsourcing or publishes its own list of approved offices, we say so, and we tell you honestly whether Labeeb can help.

Labeeb is not accredited, approved or recommended by any funder listed here. Requirements change, so confirm them on the funder’s page before you apply. The funding decision is always the funder’s.

Feasibility study questions

How much does a feasibility study cost in the UAE?+

Our basic feasibility study starts from AED 3,500 and the bank and investor feasibility study from AED 7,500; a full feasibility study with a business plan starts from AED 12,000. The final price depends on project size, research depth and who will receive the study, and is confirmed in writing before any payment.

What is the difference between a feasibility study and a business plan?+

A feasibility study tests whether a project is viable before you commit: market, costs, revenue, break-even and risks. A business plan sets out how you will run and grow the business once you proceed, and is what investors and many licensing bodies ask for. Some submissions need both, which is why we offer them together.

Will a bank or fund accept your feasibility study?+

We structure the study and the financial model around what the bank, fund or authority you are applying to asks for, but the funding decision is always theirs. We do not claim accreditation with any fund.

Can you prepare the study in Arabic?+

Yes. Studies can be delivered in English, Arabic or both. Our Arabic feasibility service page is at دراسة جدوى.

How long does a feasibility study take?+

It depends on scope and research depth; the timeline is agreed in writing with the scope and price before work starts.

Test your project before you commit capital

Tell us the project, the market and who will read the study. We will confirm scope, price and timeline in writing.
